A personal recipe
Cake is our love language.
After our youngest was diagnosed with a milk-protein allergy, I began looking for delicious baked treats that our family could enjoy. I soon discovered that I was gluten- and dairy-intolerant too, and the search became even harder.
What we found was often too spongy, chalky, or dry. So I took it upon myself to perfect an allergy-friendly cake that met the one standard that mattered: it had to be genuinely delicious.
